Vice President, Design & Construction

Salvatore J. Raffone, AIA

Salvatore Raﬀone is an architect and real estate investor with over 25 years of design and project management experience. As Vice President of Design & Construction at RJ Development + Advisors LLC, Mr Raﬀone is responsible for leading projects through their execution from inception to realization. He has been recognized for leading award-winning projects, including a wide range of multifamily, commercial, institutional and public projects globally. Sal possesses a rare combination of design sensibility and deep understanding of real estate transactions, development and construction that allow him to be versatile and ensure excellence in his projects.

Born in New Haven, CT, Sal received his undergraduate degree in Architecture from Northeastern University in 1995 and a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design in 2000. He received his MBA from Columbia University in 2014.

Prior to joining RJ Development + Advisors LLC, Sal worked for internationally renowned ﬁrms such as Machado Silvetti, Oﬃce dA, and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. In 2004, Salvatore established The Raﬀone Group, a platform of real estate related businesses engaged in investment, development and servicing, co-founded with his brothers. His business undertakings are supplemented by his academic involvement, and he currently holds an Adjunct faculty position at the Pratt Institute School of Design.

Sal i s a Registered Architect in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, and is NCARB certiﬁed. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Yves-Georges A. Joseph II

Yves Joseph is the CEO and Co-Founder of RJ Development + Advisors LLC. In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Joseph is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing corporate growth and expansion for RJ Development + Advisors.

Mr. Joseph has an extensive background as a Real Estate Developer having delivered over $400M in real estate development projects throughout the Northeast United States. Mr. Joseph has touched development projects across all product types including hospitality, multi-family residential, retail, class-A office, industrial, casino, resort, stadiums, and mixed-use.

Mr. Joseph also spent a considerable amount of time in advisory services having served as Vice President with RCLCO’s Development Services Group (DSG) in Washington D.C. At RCLCO, he provided strategic advisory services to a variety of clients across the United States and the Caribbean, including: Vail Resorts Development Company, MacFarlane Partners, Lowe Enterprises, The Rockefeller Group, CNL Financial Group Inc., and The District of Columbia.

Mr. Joseph received his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College and his MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business with highest honors. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board (HAREB), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP).

Jason S. Rudnick

Jason S. Rudnick is the COO and Co-Founder of RJ Development + Advisors LLC. Jason brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, sales, ﬁnance and law to all that RJDA undertakes. With a hands-on approach, Jason is involved in all aspects of RJDA’s projects from deal origination, to obtaining government approvals, to ﬁnancing.

For the decade prior to founding RJDA, Jason was the President of Centerplan Development Company and oversaw more than $200 million and a million SF of development throughout New England. The developments included Retail Centers, Mixed Use Centers, Medical Centers, Industrial Complexes and Residential Buildings. Jason brings these successes and his experiences with all these developments to each of RJDA’s projects.

Earlier in time, Jason was engaged in the private practice of law at both a real estate bou􀀁que ﬁrm and the internationally known tax ﬁrm, Withers Worldwide. Jason continually draws from his representation of entrepreneurs, high-net worth families and individuals, foundations, partnerships, corporations, lending institutions, investment ﬁrms and municipalities, regarding complex commercial real estate transactions. Jason’s extensive background in structuring entities, tax and ﬁnance gives him a unique understanding of the commercial ﬁnance and real es-tate markets.

Jason received his B.A. in history from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartord, Connecticut. Though not practicing, Jason maintains his Bar Admissions in multiple states and was also admitted to the United States Tax Court.
